Gonzalez Construction is a General Contracting Company founded in 1994 by owner and president Gabriel Gonzalez Jr. We have been building homes throughout the bay area for over 30 years. We are experts in project management and have successfully built some of the most intricate, challenging and sophisticated structures in the bay area. We are a licensed building contractor as well as a licensed engineering contractor. We have extensive experience with all entitlement processes, the main utilities and their respective procedures and protocol. Our contractors licenses, insurance, bonds and city business licenses are all current and in good standing. Our licenses have never had complaints, issues or suspensions logged on file.

               We specialize in new home ground up construction, and work cohesively with designers, architects and landscapers to ensure our projects are completed with the highest level of detail and quality craftsmanship. We are familiar with local city guidelines, requirements and Cal Green sustainable building procedures. Our goals are to use our experience and expertise to relieve customers, neighbors and the city from as much "construction stress" as possible by ensuring that the projects are completed with the consideration and respect our cities and the neighborhood deserves.
